About Vivi

Hi~ Welcome to my commission page. My name is Vivi, I’m a digital artist based in Canada and I stream part time on the side. Art has always been more than a hobby for me and something that pushes me to grow every single day. For the time being I’m currently pursuing art as a career and developing and evolving as an artist. This is my passion and I plan on continuing to pursue it for as long as I possibly can.

TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL INFO
• You must give proper credits to me.
• You are NOT allowed to claim it as your own artwork!
• Artist may use commercially licensed, copyright-free and/or educational materials, assets and/or tools.
•The artist holds full rights to the artwork, which means I may post it on my socials. As well as stream the process on Twitch unless asked not to.
• The Artist retains the non exclusive rights to sell merchandise and prints of their Work, unless exclusive commercial rights are purchased by the Client.
•Please do not ask me to draw in a style that is not my own.COMMUNICATION•Clients are required to provide clear requirements and expectations upfront, including reference materials or assets before Work begins. unless it is a full character design commission.
•Commissions are selected based on how well I can fulfill your request, I do reserve the right to decline your commission if I think the project doesn't fit with my style.PAYMENTS & FEES• After discussing with me about details I will send an invoice via Paypal. You must pay before any work begins.
• Client pays in full, or pays a 50% downpayment for higher value projects if discussed prior.
• Rush request (30% of total commission price) can be requested to bump your commission up to the top of the queue.
• Due to Artist's tax rules the Client must provide a billing address to proceed with the commission. Artist will not be able to send an invoice without one.
• After the sketch phase has been approved by the client, it is no longer refundable.REFUNDS• If Artist cannot complete work or there are delays the Client may be eligible for a full refund. If work done up to this point is accepted and used by the Client, the Artist will provide a partial refund according to the amount of work complete.
• After the shading phase has been started, it is no longer refundable.CLIENT RIGHTS FOR COMMERICAL USE LICENSED WORKS•1.5x price: art used for streaming media platforms that generate monetary profit (twitch, youtube, etc), promotional/branding purposes, and game assets.
•2x price: art used for merchandise such as stickers, charms, tshirt, postcards, prints etc.
• You must give proper credits to me as the artist on your platforms
• You may not alter the model I have created for you in any way without my permission.
• Usage of Work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.
• In the case of original design work and assets for the purpose and definition of the Client's brand identity such as character design, logo design, and more, intellectual property rights of the designs and their likeness are exclusively transferred to the Client for use, production and modification purposes, commercial or personal.By commissioning me,you have read and accepted all the terms above you may contact me via Twitter, discord or email.
